This innovative device dramatically enhances the versatility of the F35 creating every time different textures (with 3 different diamond tools on board with automatic change) and unique effects based on the design, the used diamond tool and on the related synchronized rotation speed and the chosen feed rate.
PROBE FOR IRREGULAR SHAPES
Advanced solution to acquire, at definable accuracy, the surface of irregular rings and bangles with a very precise mechanical probe and to apply on top of this new geometry the generated tool path at the desired Z-axis quotes.
TOOL MAGAZINE
9- or (optional) 13-station linear magazine with automatic protection cover for Jäger ISO 12 balanced tapers, supplied with full set of genuine Jäger tapers and interchangeable collets for tools up to Ø 6mm shaft
RING FEEDER
This device is able to customize limited production lots of wedding bands in unattended operation since the rings are picked up from one pipe, put into the vise and unloaded in another pipe after completion of the process.
Note: the bands must have the same internal diameter. (No automatic collet change)
MICROSCOPE
Innovative and user-friendly USB device, completely waterproof IP67, for accurate re-positioning of rings that have to be reworked. The microscope and the related software can be easily retrofitted to existing machines.
HAMMER
This pneumatic handy device has been designed especially to enrich wedding bands and bangles with decorative textures and patterns produced by the high-speed micro-punching action of the small diamond tool that is fitted into.
SPHERICUT
The capabilities of the F35 are highly boosted by this feature for engraving and diamond-cutting beads of 10 ÷ 30 mm of diameter with lots of unique finishes that are impossible to be achieved with other systems.
